BrightMinds Academy accepts students from ages 3 to 18. We offer programs for preschool (ages 3-5), elementary school (grades K-5), middle school (grades 6-8), and high school (grades 9-12). Each program is specifically designed to meet the developmental and educational needs of each age group.
While we accept applications year-round, we recommend applying by March 1st for fall enrollment to ensure placement availability. Priority is given to applications received before this date. For mid-year enrollment, please contact our admissions office to check current availability in your desired grade level.
Tuition varies by grade level and program. Preschool programs range from $8,500-$12,000 annually, elementary school is $14,000-$16,500, middle school is $16,500-$18,500, and high school is $18,500-$21,000. These fees include most instructional materials, technology access, and standard extracurricular activities. Additional costs may apply for specialized programs, field trips, and optional services.
Yes, we are committed to making quality education accessible. We offer need-based financial aid to qualifying families, covering up to 50% of tuition. Merit-based scholarships are available for students demonstrating exceptional academic achievement, leadership, or talent in arts and athletics. Sibling discounts of 10% are automatically applied for the second child and 15% for additional children.
We offer flexible payment options to accommodate different family budgets. Choose from annual payment (5% discount), semester payments (2 installments), or monthly payments (10 installments). Payment plans can be set up through automatic bank draft or credit card. A one-time enrollment fee of $500 is required for new students.
We follow a rigorous, research-based curriculum aligned with national and state standards. Our program integrates traditional core subjects with innovative STEAM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics). We use project-based learning, differentiated instruction, and technology integration to ensure each student reaches their full potential. Our preschool ratio is 1:8, elementary classes average 12-15 students per teacher, and middle and high school classes have a maximum of 18 students. Regular school hours are 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Preschool offers half-day options (8:00 AM-12:00 PM or 12:00 PM-3:30 PM). Before-school care is available starting at 7:00 AM, and after-school care runs until 6:00 PM for an additional fee. Extended care includes homework help, snacks, and supervised activities.
Yes, we offer a comprehensive meal program prepared fresh daily in our on-site kitchen. Tuition includes breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack. Our menus are nutritionally balanced, accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, and include vegetarian options. Monthly menus are shared with families in advance. Students may also bring lunch from home if preferred.
